Teaching Session #9 - 11 March 2018

The book of Acts

Main speaker - Graham Wilkins
Leader for the evening - Tim Barrow

Graham writes:

The book of Acts is normally known as "The Acts of the Apostles", but it would be better named "The Acts of the Holy Spirit" as we see the unfolding story of the early church with unusual candour.  Acts ties together the whole New Testament, as it links in with the Gospels and all the letters.  There is so much we can learn about the early church, struggles with doctrine and behaviour, and the power of the Gospel.  Come and be inspired as we take a drone's-camera view over this book from the Ascension and Pentecost to shipwreck and Rome!
