Revision of Church Electoral Roll 2024

Click here for the Electoral Roll Form

The Church Electoral Roll is the foundation of the structure of the C of E government and needs to be revised every year.  If you are already on the roll you do not need to do anything.  If you are a member of St Mark's and are not on the roll, we would encourage you to do so, which will allow you to participate in the Annual Parochial Church Meeting.

The closing date for applying to be on the roll will be Saturday 4th May 2024 then the roll will be closed to new applications until after the Annual Parochial Church meeting.
Only those people who are on the roll will be able to:

  • Vote at the Annual Parochial Church meeting (Sun 19th May 2024)
  • Stand for election or nominate a person to the Parochial Church Council.
  • Stand for election to the position of Churchwarden.

The roll will be available in church for inspection and electronically until the Annual Parochial Church meeting. The roll as published will include every name entered on the roll, but not any other personal data (e.g. addresses).  No names can be added or removed during this period.
